I recently participated in the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) NSW/ACT State Awards. I entered just one print (since it was my first time) and was pleased to receive a Silver, which means my image was at award level, above professional practice standard. The prints are judged by a panel of 5 respected photographers….

I’m getting pretty excited, and yes, one reason to be excited is a new person for me to photograph. However, this weekend was all about Eliza and her 4th birthday party….
Today, some multi-tasking… a trip to the park for her, a bit of location scouting for me. We both enjoyed and appreciated the crisp Autumn air and amazing colours.
We took a little road-trip to Jervis Bay over the weekend for one final taste of summer. I’m so glad we did!
