Yesterday, Eliza and I explored the rainforest walk at the National Botanic Gardens. The last time we visited, she was in the pram. This time, I spent most of my time chasing after her! We started out at the top of the gully, and then walked down to the boardwalk at the bottom. The light was just lovely down there, occasionally creating almost a spotlight effect. Our walk was further enhanced when Eliza decided that she was ‘Diego’ and we went in search of animals in trouble. At one point she even turned around and shushed me, so I wouldn’t wake the baby jaguar, and fortunately I had my camera ready.
